This time, she rolled out with even more style than usual. Melissa McCarthy returned to Saturday Night Live this weekend as White House press secretary Sean Spicer–and it was funnier than ever.
We all knew it was coming this time since they filmed part of her skit on the streets of New York. But it made it no less funny to see McCarthy’s version of Spicer cruising down the roads on a mobile podium. On Friday, fans spotted the actress motoring around to the tune of Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Only Living Boy in New York.”
Several folks tweeted out the action:

When Saturday rolled around, people anxiously waited around their televisions to see what shenanigans Melissa McCarthy got up to this time.
Here’s what went down: The sketch opened with a White House briefing, but Spicer is nowhere to be found. However, a reporter points out that he’s actually hiding in the bushes outside. That’s when Melissa McCarthy makes her dramatic entrance, once more taking over.
“Trump is innocent,” she declares. “How do we know? Because he told us so. Period. Then he hired lawyers to agree with him. And they’re going to prove it with a certified letter, which you know is the truth, because it costs an extra two dollars to have it certified.”
Sounds legit, right?
After some more questioning, Spicer/McCarthy sets off in search of Trump itself riding the aforementioned podium. Of course he’s not at Trump Tower. Instead, he’s hanging out at the golf course. Alec Baldwin reprises his role as Donald Trump, and like McCarthy, he’s on top of his game.
“Sean, kiss me,” he says. “I’m famous; it’s okay.”
