This Harry Potter Baby Photoshoot is the Most Magically Cute Thing Ever

There’s something so endearing about babies in Halloween costumes, but one mom really added an extra “wow” factor to her daughter’s outfit. How? By making it all about Harry Potter, of course!

There’s nothing more magical than Hogwarts around Halloween, with its floating jack-o-lanterns and (in the unlucky years) escaped trolls. Combine that with a teeny tiny baby sitting in a cauldron, and we really can’t handle it.

Dying of cuteness, over here.

Photographer Kayla Glover decided to take photos of her daughter Lorelai every month after she was born this past May. She goes all out with the themes, included a Minnie Mouse shoot and Cruella de Vil, but the Harry Potter shoot is the one that captured everyone’s hearts.

In the photos, baby Lorelai is seen in a cauldron and surrounded by the Harry Potter books. Of course, she’s wearing Harry Potter’s trademark glasses and sporting a Gryffindor scarf and magic wand as well. Something about her little face peeking out from behind those big round glasses is driving every Harry Potter fan on the internet absolutely wild.

Seriously, how can we NOT smile over this??

Kayla Glover wrote a post on her blog explaining why she chose to do a Harry Potter themed shoot. “I have been a fan since I was a child and still have all my original books,” she said. “I used to wait in line at Wal-Mart or Barnes & Noble to get my copy at midnight on release day.”

Uhhh…is there anybody who didn’t do that?

Glover took the photos when Lorelai was three months old, and they remain some of her favorites as well. “They are still to date my favorite images of her,” she said. “I am excited for the day that I can introduce these books to her and hope she loves them as much as I did.”

Cutest Gryffindor ever.

She might not be part of the “Potter” family forever, though. Glover stated, “Now that her hair has changed to red, I’m thinking I’ll at some point need to make her a Weasley as well!”

Yes. Please do. And please post the pictures all over the internet because we need to see them ASAP.
